Payments: We accept payments by cash, bank transfer, cheques made out to Valentia Slate Company Ltd and most credit / debit cards. We also accept One4All and Kerry Gift Cards (but these have a maximum online transaction limit of €50). Please contact us for payments using these gift cards. Goods will not leave the quarry until payment has been processed. For large orders, we may request a deposit in advance.

Sales / Delivery and Returns: Orders will not be considered as confirmed until measurements, finishes, inscriptions, delivery arrangements and prices have been agreed in writing. Any changes to the order must also be agreed in writing. We will endeavour to process orders as speedily as possible but there may be occasional delays due to circumstances outside of our control. Quotes for bespoke orders will remain valid for 4 months. We will ensure that our slate products leave the quarry in perfect condition. If there is an issue with an order arriving damaged or with parts missing or different to what was agreed, we need to be informed as soon as possible. Please email us as soon as any issues become apparent, detailing the issue and attaching photos, and we will endeavor to rectify any issues.
